An Art Deco French bronze statue by Charles Henri Molins

 

A bronze statue with a dancer juggling marble balls in Art Deco Style, raised on a square marble foot by Charles Henri Molins, 1920s, France. Charles Henri Molins (1893 - 1958) was a sculptor who worked in Paris at the height of the Art Deco era and designed figures of dancers and sportswomen 

 

The measurement is 58 cm high, 31 cm wide and 13 cm square on the base. The weight is 5 kilos

The marble foot shows some traces of use (back)

A Bronze Meko Modell mailbox 

 

A hand-crafted bronze mailbox, which can be placed on any wall. This mailbox is the  brand Meko from Germany with model number 4637. The measurement is 11.5 cm high, 16.7 cm wide and 1.5 cm deep. The weight is 1155 kilos. The mailbox is not in the original box, but is in new condition. No mounting screws present

The German company of Hans Ottmann was founded in 1921. Until the mid-fifties, the company mainly produced decorative and utilitarian objects made of brass and copper. In 1960, the company Hans Ottmann, under the new name MEKO, was present at the International Ironmongery Fair in Köln.
